Last updated: August 28, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Fraserside Appliance Repair ("we," "us," "our"), operating in Richmond and New Westminster, British Columbia. By booking a service, calling our office, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Fraserside Appliance Repair has provided residential appliance repair services in Richmond and New Westminster since 2017. Our team of certified and insured technicians repairs fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, and ovens across both cities. We are available Monday through Sunday, 7am to 11pm.

2. Service Calls & Diagnostic Fees

There is no charge for a service visit or diagnostic assessment when you choose to proceed with the recommended repair. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, a diagnostic fee may apply; this will be communicated to you clearly before any work begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided upfront before any repair work begins, based on the diagnosis of your appliance. Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.

4. Warranty

Every repair we complete includes a 3-month warranty on parts and labour. Full warranty terms and conditions, including what is and isn't covered, are outlined on our Warranty page.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Details on cancelling or rescheduling a booked appointment are outlined on our Cancellation Policy page.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To help our technicians complete your repair safely and efficiently, please ensure clear access to the appliance being serviced and disclose any known issues, prior repairs, or special conditions (such as pets on the property) at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution during service, Fraserside Appliance Repair is not liable for pre-existing damage, issues unrelated to the repair performed, or damage arising from the age or condition of the appliance itself. Our liability for any claim related to a service we provide is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The most current version will always be posted on this page, with the effective date noted at the top.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
