The Fraser River runs between Richmond and New Westminster, and it's where the name Fraserside came from. It felt right for a company built specifically to serve both sides of that river, rather than one city with the other added on as an afterthought.
We started in 2017 with a simple idea: appliance repair works better when the technician actually lives where the job is. Someone who drives these streets every day already knows which bridge backs up at 5pm and which buildings have tricky parking, so the visit itself goes smoother before any tools come out.
That idea grew into a team of six certified and insured technicians covering fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, and ovens across both cities. We're still small enough that every job gets the same attention, and every repair still comes with a free diagnostic and a 3-month warranty on parts and labour.
